Scope and acceptance

By using this website or sending an order request, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy notice. If you are submitting for a company, school, organization, or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Order requests are not confirmations

The website helps you prepare and send a request. A submission is not an accepted order, reservation, invoice, or payment obligation. Graceful Meals reviews capacity, date, quantities, menu availability, location, delivery, staffing, and special requirements before issuing a quotation.

An order becomes confirmed only when Graceful Meals expressly accepts it under the quotation’s stated confirmation and payment terms.

Google verification

Customers must use an active Google account before opening the connected order form. You are responsible for the account you use and for providing accurate contact and event information. Google handles your password; Graceful Meals does not request or receive it.

We may reject or review submissions that appear automated, misleading, abusive, duplicated, or connected to unauthorized use.

Menu, customization, and allergens

Menu descriptions, serving estimates, images, and package examples help with planning. Ingredients, presentation, availability, and yields may change based on supply and the final quotation.

Tell us about allergies and dietary requirements before confirmation. We will discuss what may be possible, but ingredient exclusions do not guarantee an allergen-free kitchen or eliminate cross-contact risk.

Quotations, prices, and payment

Website content does not establish a final price. Your quotation controls the confirmed menu, quantities, taxes or charges, delivery, staffing, deposits, balance schedule, cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms for that request.

A quotation may expire or require revision when the event details, quantities, menu, location, or availability change.

Pickup, delivery, and timing

Pickup instructions and any approved delivery window are confirmed separately. Delivery depends on location, access, schedule, weather, traffic, and other practical conditions. Customers should provide a reachable contact and accurate location details.

Acceptable website use

You may not:

• Bypass bot checks, rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Attempt to access the private admin area or another person’s information.
• Send malicious code, automated spam, fraudulent requests, or unlawful material.
• Copy or misuse the Graceful Meals name, logo, menu content, photographs, or website materials.
• Interfere with the website, Google Form, connected systems, or service providers.

Third-party services

The request flow uses Google Identity Services, Google Forms and Sheets, Cloudflare, and communication providers. Their own terms and privacy notices also apply to their services. We are not responsible for an external service’s independent availability or policies.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it may be interrupted or contain an error. To the extent permitted by law, Graceful Meals is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by website interruption, an external provider, or information a customer submits incorrectly. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. The terms in an accepted quotation control if they conflict with general website information about a particular order.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website or ordering process changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
