🍽 Servings: 3 (1 cup) 🕓 Prep Time: 5 mins 🕓 Wait Time: 2-3 days

 

INGREDIENTS

◦ 1 cup organic green lentils, dry
◦ Water

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a big mason jar, add the lentils. Close with the lid, cover the lentils with water, shake and rinse thorougly. Then drain the water. Repeat this step at least 2 times.

2. Fill 3/4 of the jar with water and let it soak overnight.

3. Drain the water in the morning and rinse again thorougly the soaked lentils. Drain well.

4. Put the jar upside down to start the sprouting process.

5. Each day, rinse at least once with fresh water, then keep the jar upside down.

6. After about 2-3 days, the lentils will be ready to eat.

7. They will keep growing, so store them in the fridge to keep them fresh.

Refrigerate up to 7 days.
