Drizzled Rice Krispie Treats

Enjoy the classic crunch of my vegan Rice Krispie treats—simple, gooey, and irresistibly sweet, they’re a gelatin-free and dairy-free delight that brings joy to any occasion!

INGREDIENTS
◦ 4 cups gluten-free rice krispies
◦ 1 bag of 258g vegan marshmallow
◦ 1/4 cup vegan butter
◦ 1 tsp vanilla extract
◦ 2 tbsp vegan dark chocolate
◦ 1/2 tsp coconut oil
◦ 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
◦ 1/2 tsp cane sugar
◦ Pinch of coconut flakes, unsweetened
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a pot, melt you vegan butter.
2. Add your vegan marshmallow and cook on low-medium heat until it has melted.
3. Add your vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Add your rice krispies, mix until all combined.
5. In a buttered baking dish, add your mix, and press with your hands to mold it into the baking dish. Let it cool for 15 minutes.
6. Cut into squares to your desired serving size.
7. In a small bowl, microwave your chocolate chips with coconut oil for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Set aside.
8. In a blender, put your raspberries and your sugar and mix until smooth.
9. In a small pot, pour your raspberry puree and cook on medium heat until it has thicken (10-15 minutes).
10. Drizzle your melted chocolate and your raspberry coulis.
11. Top your rice krispies with coconut flakes.
