The Best Gluten-Free Vegan Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS
◦ 3 ripe bananas, mashed
◦ 3/4 cup cane sugar
◦ 1/2 cup vegan butter
◦ 1 tsp vanilla extract
◦ 1/4 cup plant milk of choice
◦ 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
◦ 3/4 tsp baking soda
◦ 1/2 tsp baking powder
◦ 1/4 tsp salt
◦ 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
◦ 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (+ more for topping)
◦ 1/2 cup chocolate chuncks, chopped (+ more for topping)
◦ 1 tsp ground cinnamon
◦ 1/4 tsp ground ginger
◦ 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
◦ Pinch of ground clove
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven at 350°F (180°C).
2. Line a loaf pan with parchement paper. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the bananas, the vegan butter, the sugar and the vanilla for 1-2 minutes until combined.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together until combined.
5. Pour the mixter into the loaf pan and spread evenly.
6. Top with some chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
7. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
8. Once it’s done, let it cool in the pan and then slice it up.
