INGREDIENTS

◦ 1 aloe vera leaf (from the produce section)
◦ 5 cups water
◦ Juice of 2 lemons
◦ 2 tbsp maple syrup
◦ Pinch of celtic salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. On a cutting board with a knife, cut the sides of the aloe vera, then take out the top layer and then the bottom.

2. In a blender, add the aloe gel and the rest of the ingredients. Blend for about 30 seconds.

3. Pour the aloe vera juice in 2 big jars. You can strain the aloe juice to get rid of leftover chunks (optional).

Refrigerate up to a week.
