β¦ 1L of boiled water
β¦ 2 chamomile tea bags

β¦ 1/2 whole ginger
β¦ 1/2 cup filtered water
β¦ 2 tbsp maple syrup
β¦ 1 tsp ground turmeric
β¦ 1/4 tsp black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, add the boiled water and the tea beags, let it sit for 5 minutes. Then remove the tea bags. Set aside.
