INGREDIENTS

β—¦ 1L of boiled water
β—¦ 2 chamomile tea bags
β—¦ 2 lemon & ginger tea bags
β—¦ 1/2 whole ginger
β—¦ 1/2 cup filtered water
β—¦ 2 tbsp maple syrup
β—¦ 1 tsp ground turmeric
β—¦ 1/4 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large bowl, add the boiled water and the tea beags, let it sit for 5 minutes. Then remove the tea bags. Set aside.

2. On a cutting board, scrape some of the skin of the ginger with a spoon, then grossly chop the ginger into big chuncks.

3. In a blender, add the ginger and the water. Blend for about 30 seconds.

4. In a jar, filter the mixture with a strainer to remove the pulp of the ginger. If you want to use the pulp, you could add it to ice cube trays to use in stir-frys.
