INGREDIENTS
◦ 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight
◦ 6 cups filtered water
◦ 4 dates, pitted
◦ 3 tsp vanilla extract
◦ 1/4 tsp celtic sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drain the soaked cashews and rinse thoroughly.
2. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend for at least 1 minute.
3. With a cheese cloth or a strainer, squeeze out the cashew milk as much as you can, leaving only the pulp. Keep the pulp to make Chocolate Bliss Balls for a zero waste recipe.
4. Pour the cashew milk in a giant jar and refrigerate up to 4-5 days.
