Experience an eco-friendly indulgence with these Chocolate Bliss Balls, where rich chocolate meets a zero-waste twist—crafted from leftover nuts to create a decadent treat that's both delightful and sustainable.

INGREDIENTS

◦ 2 cups of cashew pulp from my Creamy Vanilla Cashew Milk recipe
◦ 1 cup almond flour
◦ 1/3 cup creamy natural peanut butter
◦ 1/4 cup cocoa powder
◦ 1/4 cup maple syrup
◦ Coconut flakes for coating (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until everything is combined.

2. With a spoon, scoop the mixture and form balls with your hands.

3. Roll each balls in coconut flakes (optional)

Keep up to 7 days.
