INGREDIENTS
◦ 1 cup almond milk
◦ 1 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
◦ 1 cup spinach
◦ 1/2 cup cucumber
◦ 3 tbsp hemp seeds
◦ 1 tsp spirulina
◦ 1/2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend at least for 1 minute until everything is well combined.
2. Serve immedialty.
