INGREDIENTS

◦ 75g smoked tofu, sliced thinely
◦ 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
◦ 2 tbsp sauerkraut
◦ Romaine lettuce or spinach
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Layer all the ingredients on the toasted bread and serve immediatly.
