INGREDIENTS

◦ 1/2-3/4 cup almond milk
◦ 1/2 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
◦ 1/2 banana, firm
◦ 2 tbsp peanut butter powder, unsweetened
◦ 2 tbsp hemp seeds
◦ 1 tbsp dairy-free cocoa powder, unsweetened

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend at least for 1 minute until everything is well combined.

2. Serve immedialty.
