Elevate your snacking game with these Protein Rice Krispie Treats—crispy, chewy, and packed with protein to satisfy your cravings while fueling your day with a deliciously nutritious boost.

INGREDIENTS

◦ 4 cups gluten-free rice krispies
◦ 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (+ more for topping)
◦ 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
◦ 1/4 cup coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut coil snd microwave for about 1 minute.

2. Add the melted chocolate to a large mixing bowl, then add the peanut butter and mix until well combined.

3. Add the rice krispies, mix until everything is well coated.

4. In a 8x8inch dish, add the mixture and spread evenely.

5. Top with extra chocolate chips.

6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before consuming.
Keep up to 5 days.
