INGREDIENTS

◦ 1 gluten-free pizza dough
◦ 1/2 cup tomato sauce
◦ 4 garlic cloves
◦ 1 small zucchini, sliced
◦ 1/2 cup white mushrooms, sliced
◦ 1/2 cup green olives, pitted and chopped
◦ 1 cup spinach, grossly chopped
◦ 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
◦ Drizzle extra virgin olive oil
◦ Pinch of salt, black pepper and dried basil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

2. In a pizza baking tray, drizzle a little bit of oil and spread evenely.

3. Spread the pizza dough directly on the baking tray.

4. Add the tomato sauce and spread evenely, then add the rest of the ingredients and the seasonings.

5. Bake for at least 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.

6. Let it cool down for 5 minutes, then cut into desired serving.
