INGREDIENTS
◦ 1/2 cup quick oats
◦ 1 tbsp chia seeds
◦ 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
◦ 1/2 scoop strawberry vegan protein powder
◦ 1 cup soy milk
◦ 1 cup of berries of choice, fresh or frozen
◦ 1/2 banana, sliced
◦ 1 tbsp hemp seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all the dry ingredients in a bol and mix until all combined. Add the soy milk and mix well.
2. Cook for about 2 minutes in the microwave.
3. Top with the toppings, serve warm or chilled.
