INGREDIENTS

◦ 2 slices of gluten-free bread, toasted (or whole grain bread if not gf)
◦ 75g smoked tofu, sliced thinely
◦ 1 tsp organic yellow mustard
◦ 1 tsp vegan mayonnaise
◦ 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
◦ Romaine lettuce or spinach
◦ Sauerkraut (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Spread on each toast the mustard and the mayonnaise.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve immediatly!
