INGREDIENTS

◦ 3 cups frozen berries
◦ 1/2 cup quick oats
◦ 1/2 cup rolled oats
◦ 1/2 cup textured vegetable protein, dry
◦ 1 tbsp chia seeds
◦ 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
◦ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
◦ 1/4 cup maple syrup
◦ 3 tbsp avocado oil
◦ 2-3 tbsp water

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

2. In a 8x8inch baking dish, add the frozen berries. Set aside.

3. In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the crumble. Mix until well combined.

4. Spread evenely on the berries.

5. Bake for 30 minutes.

6. Let it cool for 5 minutes and serve. Add the toppings of your choice.
