INGREDIENTS
◦ 1 cup soy milk
◦ 1 cup frozen mango
◦ 1/2 carrot, grossly chopped
◦ 1/4 cup textured vegetable protein, dry
◦ 1/4 cup natural orange juice
◦ 1 tbsp hemp seeds
◦ 1 tsp ground turmeric
◦ 1/2 tsp ground or fresh ginger
◦ Pinch of black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend at least for 1 minute until everything is well combined.
2. Serve immedialty.
