INGREDIENTS

◦ 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
◦ 1 cup soy milk
◦ 1 mango, fresh (or 1/2 cup frozen)
◦ 4 tbsp hemp seeds
◦ 1/4 cup probiotic yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

2. Serve immediatly. Top with hemp seeds and coconut flakes (optional).
