INGREDIENTS

◦ 1/2 cup quick oats
◦ 1/2-3/4 cup soy milk
◦ 2 tbsp peanut butter powder, unsweetened
◦ 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
◦ 1 tbsp chia seeds
◦ 1 tbsp cocoa powder
◦ 1/2 banana, sliced
◦ 1 tbsp hemp seeds
◦ 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all the dry ingredients in a bol and mix until all combined. Add the soy milk and mix well.

2. Cook for about 2 minutes in the microwave.

3. Top with the toppings, serve warm or chilled.
