Indulge in the perfect blend of sweet and nutty with my Brownie Pecan Granola Clusters. These irresistible bites combine rich brownie flavors with crunchy pecans for a snack that’s as decadent as it is delightful.

INGREDIENTS
◦ 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
◦ 1 cup sprouted rolled oats
◦ 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
◦ 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
◦ 1 tbsp molasses
◦ 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
◦ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
◦ Pinch celtic salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. In a bowl, add the sugars, cocoa powder, oil, vanilla and salt. Mix well until combined.
3. Add the pecans and oats and with a wooden spoon until everything is well coated.
4. On a baking tray, add the mixture and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 20-30 minutes, and let it cool to harden.
6. Keep in an airtight container up to a week.
