Strawberry Chocolate Protein Bites

Indulge your sweet tooth with these Strawberry Chocolate Protein Bites, a delightful fusion of fruity freshness and rich chocolate. Perfect for a post-workout snack or a quick energy boost, these bites are as nutritious as they are delicious!

INGREDIENTS

◦ 7 Medjool dates, pitted
◦ 3/4 cup almonds
◦ 1/2 cup rolled oats
◦ 1 scoop strawberry protein powder (I used Good Protein)
◦ 1/4 cup pecans
◦ 1/4 cup cocoa powder
◦ 1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries
◦ 3 tbsp maple syrup
◦ 2 tbsp chia seeds
◦ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings
◦ 1/4 cup Coconut flakes
◦ 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a small bowl, add the dates and cover with boiling water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

2. In a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients, except the toppings and blend until combined. You might need to scrape the sides a few times.

3. In a bowl, add the toppings. Set aside.

4. With a spoon, scoop the mixture and form balls with your hands, then coat them in the coconut flakes and strawberry and place them in a air-thight container.

5. Can be served immediatly, then refrigerate up to a week.
