INGREDIENTS

◦ 1 cup soy milk
◦ 2 tbsp coconut cream
◦ 2 tbsp chia seeds
◦ 1-2 tbsp coconut flakes
◦ 1/2 mango, mashed + 1/2 mango chopped (or more)
◦ 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a jar, add the mashed mango, chia seeds, soy milk, coconut milk and coconut flakes and mix until everything is well combined.

2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3. Top with chopped mango, hemp seeds and more coconut flakes.
