Chocolate Almond Date Bites

Treat yourself to a blissful fusion of rich chocolate, crunchy almonds, and sweet dates with these Chocolate Almond Date Bites—an irresistible, bite-sized indulgence that's both decadent and wholesome.

INGREDIENTS
◦ 12 big Medjool dates
◦ 2 tbsp creamy natural almond butter
◦ 2 tbsp almond slices, chopped
◦ 2/3 cup dark chocolate >70%, melted
◦ Celtic sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take out the pit from the dates, then form the dates to create little boats.
2. On a tray with parchement paper, place each date.
3. Pour about 1/2 tsp of almond butter in each date in the hollow of the dates.
4. Top with about 1/2 tsp of almond slices on each date.
5. Coat the dates with about 1 tbsp of melted dark chocolate.
6. Sprinkle the dates with a tiny pinch of celtic salt.
7. Freeze for at least 20 minutes, then refrigerate them up to 5-6 days.
