Savor the ultimate chocolate indulgence with these No-Bake Double Chocolate Energy Bars—decadent, rich, and packed with a double dose of chocolatey goodness, perfect for an energy boost anytime.

INGREDIENTS
◦ 2 cups Medjool dates, pitted
◦ 1 1/2 cups gluten-free granola of choice
◦ 3/4 cups natural peanut butter
◦ 3 tbsp chia seeds
◦ 3 tbsp cocoa powder
◦ 1 tbsp vanilla extract
◦ Pinch of celtic salt
◦ 1/3 cup dark chocolate, melted
◦ 1 tbsp hemp seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, soak the pitted dattes in boiling water for about 5 minutes (this will make them tender). Then drain the water.
2. Put all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor. Blend together for 2-5 minutes, until everything is well combined.
3. In a 8x8 dish, pour the mixture and pat down evenly. Spread evenly the melted chocolate, then sprinkle the hemp seeds.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes.
5. Once the chocolate has hardened, cut into bars or squares.
6. Can be served immediatly, then refrigerate up to a week.
