Fuel your day with these Protein Pumpkin Energy Balls, a deliciously wholesome snack that combines the rich flavors of pumpkin and spices with a powerful protein punch. Perfect for on-the-go munching or a post-workout boost, these bite-sized treats are both nutritious and satisfying!

INGREDIENTS

◦ 1 cup oat flour
◦ 1 cup almond flour
◦ 1/2 cup protein powder
◦ 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
◦ 1 tsp pumpkin spice

◦ 1/2 cup tahini
◦ 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
◦ 1/3 cup maple syrup

◦ Coconut flakes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix to combine.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a spoon until you get a thick batter.

3. With a spoon, scoop the mixture and form balls with your hands and place them in a container. (Optional: coat them in coconut flakes for a nutty flavor and a bliss look).

4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let them firm up.

5. Can be served immediatly, then refrigerate up to a week.
