Homemade Cranberry and Pecan Chocolate Bars

Indulge in the perfect blend of sweet and savory with these Homemade Cranberry and Pecan Chocolate Bars. Bursting with tart cranberries, crunchy pecans, and rich chocolate, these bars are a delightful treat for any occasion.

INGREDIENTS

◦ 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
◦ 1 cup dried cranberries, unsweetenend (+ more for topping)
◦ 1 cup rolled oats
◦ 2/3 cups creamy almond butter
◦ 1/2 cup walnuts
◦ 1/2 cup pecans (+ more for topping)
◦ 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
◦ 1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
◦ 3 tbsp hemp seeds
◦ 2 tbsp chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a bowl, soak the pitted dattes in boiling water for about 5 minutes (this will make them tender). Then drain the water.

2. Put all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor. Blend together for 2-5 minutes, until everything is well combined.

3. In a 8x8 dish, pour the mixture and pat down evenly. Top with chopped cranberries et pecans and pat them down a little bit into the mixture.

4. Cut the mixture into about 12 bars.

5. Can be served immediatly, then refrigerate up to a week.
