Transform your snack time with these Crispy Kale Chips—light, crunchy, and bursting with flavor, they’re the perfect savory indulgence that brings both deliciousness and nutrients to every crunchy bite.

INGREDIENTS

◦ 1 large bundle curly green kale
◦ 1 tbsp avocado oil
◦ 1 tsp nutritionnal yeast
◦ 1 tsp dried parsley
◦ 1 tsp paprika
◦ 1/2 tsp black pepper
◦ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
◦ 1/4 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 275F.

2. Wash you kale, break them into small chuncks while removing the thick stem.

3. In a large bowl, add your kale, your oil and your seasonings.

4. Massage with your hands until everything is coated.

5. In a pan, spread your kale. Make sure to not layer them and that they are not touching (this will give them that crunch).

6. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes, or until they are pretty crispy.

7. Let them cool as they will get more crispy. Keep up to 3-4 days.
